Before any member of staff is placed in a nursery, they have undergone the following vetting procedures:
- Interview to discuss the applicant's preferences and strengths
- Enhanced CRB check
- Verification of qualification
- Effectiveness is verified by two professional referees
- Medical fitness confirmed
All staff placed by Supply & Demand carry an identity card bearing a photograph which can be checked on initial entry into your nursery
One telephone call is all that is needed to arrange your supply cover.
Supply & Demand will:
- Provide a suitable replacement nursery practitioner
- Fully brief the replacement nursery practitioner
- Monitor the replacement nursery practitioner's performance with a telephone call after the initial session
- Supply CVs and references for a number of suitable candidates in the event of long term cover being required
- Issue nurseries with a detailed weekly invoice
